NOTE: - - - > Incoming freshmen may give the contracts/payment to their middle school music directors, at the May 9th concert if attended, or bring directly to MNHS office with instructions to be given to Mr. Rathbun or Mrs. Keiser.
FLORIDA BAND TRIP: Don't forget to calendar that payments for the band trip to Florida are due on September 12, October 17, November 14, and February 13, 2012. Payments should be delivered to Mrs. Keise

Mandatory Orlando Informational Trip Meeting
Who: All student participants with at least one parent and all chaperones
When: Monday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: MNHS Auditorium
Ms. Barb Mock (Travel With Barb) and the band directors will address participants concerning our travel plans and discuss airport/bus procedures, packing tips, housing information and specifics of the trip itinerary. You may wish to bring a note pad to jot down pertinent information during the meeting. This meeting will serve as the official source of information for the trip. There will be time reserved for questions during the meeting. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING, PLEASE CONTACT MRS. KEISER OR MR. RATHBUN
Chaperones will have a brief meeting immediately following this trip meeting. Please remember that all trip documents (emailed to you before break from Mrs. Keiser) are due by Monday, February 6. The Band Boosters will have a table set-up at the Symphonic Band/ Concert Band concert that evening.
Please make sure you have the forms completely filled out with the necessary signatures.
